Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act of change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares
YIT Corporation Stock Exchange Release February 1, 2018 at 3:15 p.m.
YIT Corporation has on February 1, 2018 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of PNT Group Oy has exceeded the threshold of 5 per cent.
As a result of the completion of the merger of YIT and Lemminkäinen on February 1, 2018 the ownership of PNT Group Oy in Lemminkäinen was transferred to YIT. Lemminkäinen’s shareholders received as merger consideration 3.6146 new shares in YIT for each share in Lemminkäinen owned by them. The previous ownership of PNT Group Oy in Lemminkäinen on January 31, 2018 was 4,231,948 shares, corresponsing to the share of 18.23% from Lemminkäinen’s entire share stock. According to the notification, the holding of PNT Group Oy in YIT Corporation is 15,296,799, corresponsing to the share of 7.25% from YIT’s entire share stock.
YIT has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. As a result of the registration of the execution of the merger, the total number of YIT shares increased to 211,099,853 shares.
